What should I do?
If your airport hotel booking was successful you should receive a confirmation by email almost immediately. Your
should print this off and use it as your airport hotel voucher. If you do not receive a confirmation, then your booking
did not go through. This may happen if you type in an incorrect email address during your booking.
My computer crashed before I could print out the confirmation page? What do I do?

your airport hotel voucher.
I have booked an airport hotel with parking that is not on site, where do I get directions to the
car park?
Our confirmation voucher gives directions to the hotel. When you check-in to the airport hotel will give you directions
to the car park and a voucher to hand to them as payment.
What if I need more than the 8/15 days car parking at the hotel?
Extra days are charged by the hotel and and payable locally.
Do you own the airport car parks?
No. We make it possible to pre book online any car park at any of 21 airports around the UK. We are impartial,
you choose the one that's best for you based on location, price, car park security or availability.
Can I amend my booking or delete it if I decide not to travel?
We don't charge any administration fees for amending airport hotel bookings, unless the amendment causes
a reduction in the original number of rooms or nights booked (for airport hotel bookings only). No refund is made for
cancellation of airport hotel bookings within 24 hours of the stay. An administration fee of £7.50 per room per
night applies to all other airport hotel cancellations.
